Mike DuBrock Bio
Mike DuBrock has over 25 years of experience in accounting, finance and operations for privately held and publicly traded companies. In the year 2000, Mike founded Aliso Creek Consulting, Inc. and helped develop business plans, financial projections and pro forma financial statements for various companies. From 1997 to 2000, Mike was the Controller of True Speed Wireless and phoneXchange, Inc. eventually assisting in the merger of the two companies.  The new company, phoneXchange, Inc. went public with Mike being responsible for the SEC and State Regulatory reporting. From 1989 to 1997, Mike was the Controller and Assistant General Manger for Choice Hotels International, a wholly owned subsidiary of Manor Care, Inc., in Anaheim, California. He was responsible for the management of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Inventory and General Ledger. Mike was also responsible for timely production of month-end financial statements, management reports, marketing reports, the preparation of comprehensive operating and capital budgets, internal and external audits, risk management and control procedures. He also coordinated the acquisition and integration of new businesses and had supervisory responsibilities over the accounting staff at seven other properties in various states. As Assistant General Manager, Mike was also responsible for day-to-day management of a full service resort destination hotel with a staff of 120 employees. Mike received his Bachelor of Arts degree, Business Management with an emphasis in Accounting/Finance from Pacific Christian College in 1991.

Opal K DuBrock Bio
Opal has over 30 years of administrative experience; from Administrative Assistant, to Customer Service Manager, Office Manager and finally to the level of Executive Assistant to the CFO.  While undergoing her administrative transformation, some of the responsibilities included, but were not limited to, selecting office vendors and supervising purchasing processes, directing mailroom and maintenance staff, supervision of office administrative staff and coordinated the regular building maintenance staff. Solid communication and staff management skills were required, as well as some accounting knowledge. As the Customer Service Manager, she hired, trained and managed members of the customer service department. Resolved difficult issues regarding client complaints and other matters. Worked closely with managers in other departments, such as sales, on updating policies and procedures for client services. Also, had a proactive communication with customers and client via telephone, e-mail, and/or regular mail; managing database records; drafting status reports on customer service issues; and supervising staff. While in this position, she assisted her husband and founded Aliso Creek Consulting, Inc. in 2000.

As the Executive Assistant, screening calls, making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing reports and financial data, training and supervising other support staff, and customer relations were part of her duties. This position required strong computer and internet research skill and also called for flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.   She obtained her first Notary Public Commission in 2001 and in 2007 she became a Certified Notary Signing Agent.

In 2006, as the Senior Bookkeeper, she would compute, classify, and record numerical data to keep financial records complete. Perform any combination of routine calculating, posting, and verifying duties to obtain primary financial data for use in maintaining accounting records. She also checked the accuracy of figures, calculations, and postings pertaining to business transactions recorded by other workers.
